About

Miriam Nice is an innovative food writer, illustrator and occasional caterer.

She has always been an avid foodie but her passion for cooking was amplified at the age of 17 when she got her first job at French Living, a family run French café and restaurant in her hometown of Nottingham.

Miriam graduated from Norwich University of the Arts in 2006 with a BA Hons. in Graphic Design/Illustration. Having moved to London in 2011, Miriam now writes her own blog and has written for Great British Chefs, Zlimm123, Jackie Magpie and Eat Me Magazine. In 2012 Miriam launched Taylor & Nice with fellow caterer Bradley Taylor, providing bespoke events catering.

Miriam now works for BBC Good Food. All views on miriamnice.com and her accounts on social media are her own.

Miriam’s book Cooking Without a Kitchen, published by Pedestrian Publishing is out now. ISBN 978-1-907961-02-1
